MultimediaN N9C Eculture Software
We develop three different pieces of software in the N9C project. The
semantic search web-server is written in Prolog and released under the
GPL license as ClioPatria.
Libraries that are widely reusable such as the Semantic Web
library are developed as part of SWI-Prolog. An important part of
the project is concerned with converting vocaularies and collection
meta-data into RDF. A generic Java-based framework for this is available
from SourceForge as the AnnoCultor
project. The core Getty vocabularies (AAT, TGN and ULAN) have been
converted from the Getty XML files into RDF using gettyconvert. The zip-file also
includes the RDF schemas used for the Getty vocabularies.
